1. Overview of AI Features

VoiceTables integrates artificial intelligence throughout the platform to enhance productivity. Our AI-powered features include:

  • AI Chat: Natural language conversations to help you manage workspaces, create content, and interact with your data
  • Voice Input: Speech-to-text transcription using OpenAI Whisper for hands-free data entry and commands
  • Text-to-Speech: AI-generated audio output to read content aloud
  • Smart Suggestions: Context-aware recommendations within editors and databases

2. How AI Processes Your Data

When you use an AI feature, the following flow occurs:

  1. Input: Your text, voice, or workspace context is sent to our backend
  2. Processing: We forward relevant data to OpenAI's API via secure, encrypted connections
  3. Response: The AI-generated result is returned to your workspace

We send only the minimum data necessary for each request. Voice recordings are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored.

3. No Model Training on Your Data

We do not use your content to train AI models. Your data is processed solely to generate responses for your immediate use. We use OpenAI's API with data usage controls that prevent your inputs from being used for model training. This applies to all AI features including chat, voice input, and text-to-speech.

4. Accuracy & Limitations

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. You should always review AI outputs before relying on them for important decisions. VoiceTables does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. Voice transcription accuracy may vary based on audio quality, accent, and background noise.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using VoiceTables' AI features. AI-generated outputs created at your direction are considered part of your workspace content, subject to our Terms of Service.

6. Responsible Use

You agree not to use VoiceTables' AI features to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
  • Impersonate individuals or create deceptive materials
  • Circumvent safety measures or content filters
  • Process sensitive personal data of others without consent
  • Generate spam, malware, or phishing content

7. Content Policy

AI features include content safety filters provided by our AI providers. We reserve the right to suspend access to AI features if we detect violations of our acceptable use policy or content guidelines.
