1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoiceTables ("Service"), operated by inithouse s.r.o., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VoiceTables is an AI-native workspace platform that provides chat, document pages, databases, voice control, and real-time collaboration features. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise security
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using VoiceTables. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its design, code, and branding. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service.

6. AI Features

VoiceTables uses third-party AI services (including OpenAI) to power certain features. Content you submit to AI features may be processed by these providers according to their respective terms. We do not use your content to train AI models. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate and should be reviewed before use.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Downgrading may cause loss of features or storage capacity

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, inithouse s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
