Refund Policy

1. Free Plan
VoiceTables offers a free plan with no payment required. You can use the free plan indefinitely with no obligation to upgrade.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
4. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- First-time subscribers: Full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription if you are unsatisfied
- Service disruption: Pro-rated refund for extended outages (more than 48 consecutive hours) directly caused by VoiceTables
- Billing errors: Full refund for duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day satisfaction period
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Add-on purchases or one-time credits, unless otherwise stated
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of paid features after changes constitutes acceptance.
